Training practices and habits

Like myself, and many things in this world, these practices have evolved over time. Some of these, I have only begun doing more recently, others I have been doing for years. With most things in my life, I have difficulty attributing success to any one thing. I feel that for each person, it’s on them to find their individual combination(s), to enable them to be successful. Lately I’ve been paying attention to the feedback from the experiments that I do on myself. If say, I omit something from my food, do I feel differently, sleep better, less soreness, think quicker, etc.
